Bookings
All our caravans and properties are let on a weekly basis running
Saturday to Saturday. At certain times of the year shorter lets are
possible.

Minffordd Luxury Caravans
- 5* Garden Caravan Park (caravans sleep up to 6)
£175 - £595 per week
Fron Lligwy
- 4* Country House in an acre of grounds (sleeps up to 9)
£485 - £1150 per week
Minffordd Cottage
- 5* Country Cottage (sleeps up to 4)
£270 - £630 per week
Sea View
- 5* Luxury Cottage with panoramic sea views (sleeps up to 4)
£325 - £690 per week
Mountain View
- 5* Luxury Cottage with own garden (sleeps up to 5/6)
£350 - £770 per week
Special Reductions
At certain times of the year, reductions are given for smaller
groups, couples, Senior Citizens or bookings of two weeks or more.
Please enquire when booking.
Deposit Requirements
A non-refundable deposit of 30% (min £50) of your total holiday
tariff is required to confirm your reservation within 5 working days
of booking. Please send your deposit , together with the
composition of your party, including ages of children, and any
special requests, such as cots and high chair hire , to the address
on the front of the brochure.

Balance of Payment
The balance is due 4 weeks before arrival.
Cancellations
Please advise us as early as possible if you have to cancel,
Providing more than 4 weeks notice is given prior to arrival date,
only the loss of the deposit will occur. If you cancel within 4
weeks prior to the arrival date then we reserve the right to charge
the full amount. In order to avoid charges due to cancellation, we
suggest you take out insurance. Details are available on request.
Arrival
and Departure
The caravans and self catering properties are available between 3.00
and 5.00pm on your arrival date. If you intend to arrive later than
this, then please let us know in advance. We ask you to vacate the
caravans and cottages by 10.00am on the day of departure.
Cleaning and Damage Charges
A property damage deposit of £100 is payable on arrival, for all
cottages and may be required for caravans. Guests are expected to
leave caravans and properties in a clean and tidy state. Excessive
cleaning will result in guests being charged.
Cots/High Chairs
Cots can be hired at a cost of £10 per week. High chairs are £5 per
week.
Linen for Caravans
Bed linen and towels are not provided although these can be provided
for a charge of £10 per person per week.
Heating for Self Catering Properties
Our tariffs include all electricity and gas charges but due to the
ever increasing cost of central heating from September to May
inclusive, we have to make additional charges per week : Fron Lligwy
£40, Mountain View £35, Minffordd Cottage and Sea View £30
Disabled Access
Some of our caravans and properties have special features and
amenities that are suitable for disabled guests. Some mobile
disabled equipment may be available, but needs to be booked in
advance. For more detailed information please enquire or see our
disabled access statement on our website.
Being Green
We are Green Dragon accredited and as such have a waste recycling
scheme in operation. We also use solar energy to heat hot water in
Sea View, Mountain View and Minffordd Cottage.
Smoking
All our cottages and caravans are strictly no smoking, although you
are welcome to smoke outside. Ashtrays are provided for those who
smoke.
Dogs
Dogs (over 12 months old) are welcome in all our cottages and some
of the caravans (although we try to keep some dog free)
by prior arrangement only,
at a cost of £10 per dog per week. We ask you to bring bedding for
your dog. Please do not allow your dog to climb on any furniture or
beds. No dog must be left alone in a caravan or cottage at any
time. All dogs should be kept on the lead whilst at Minffordd
and exercised off site. |
